About Brittanny Dipla

Everyone needs an outlet. Some people paint, some make films, others write songs; but Brittanny Dipla’s creative outlet lies securely in real estate. She doesn’t see an empty home; she sees possibilities. Even before taking the leap into realty, Brittanny would get lost in open houses, allowing her imagination to guide her through tours in which the spaces seemed to transform before her very eyes. She didn’t see material structures; she saw the lives bringing real feeling into these homes, igniting them with a warmth so much bigger than any transaction. In these possibilities, Brittanny saw more than a creative outlet. She saw the beginnings of lifelong relationships. It’s at the heart of her passion, propelled by hard work, integrity, and unwavering client service that promises she’ll treat your dream home with the same enthusiasm as she views her own.

Brittanny didn’t always recognize her creative connection with real estate. After completing high school, she handily earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice from California Lutheran University. She quickly became well-acquainted with solid deals in her 17 years of service to the federal government where she worked as an auctioneer for IRS departments in a number of states. But there’s a distinct difference between auctioning off a seized home and helping unite families with their dreams of generational wealth. Brittanny felt something was missing so she’s thrilled to be turning her attention toward helping others realize their real estate goals.

These days, Brittanny calls Hollywood home where she lives with her precious pooch Goose. But having grown up in the San Fernando Valley, she has a discerning knowledge of the sprawling Greater Los Angeles area. She brings that expertise into the field every day as she trains her focus on a diversity of neighborhoods including Hollywood, West Hollywood, Larchmont, Los Feliz, Lincoln Heights, Highland Park, Downtown LA, Pasadena, San Marino, South Pasadena, and the entirety of the San Fernando Valley.

In her free time, Brittanny enjoys immersing herself in everything that makes Los Angeles so special: sampling the newest and hottest restaurants, practicing yoga, and spending time with her pup.
